1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between InfiniteSync, an IgnitedAI product, (“we”, “us”) and you. Installing the InfiniteSync app from the Shopify App Store or using this site accepts them.

If you are installing on someone else's store — an agency setting up a client, say — you are accepting on the store owner's behalf, and you confirm you have the authority to do that. “You” then means the merchant whose store it is.

2. The service

InfiniteSync keeps product images in sync between a folder in your own Google Drive — the InfiniteSync folder — and your Shopify catalog, matched by SKU or by per-product folder, in both directions. The service is what this site describes, and the description there is the one that counts; these terms do not promise anything larger.

InfiniteSync is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Shopify or Google. Shopify and Google Drive are trademarks of their owners, and the service depends on their APIs.

3. Your account and stores

One install covers one Shopify store, with its own plan and its own InfiniteSync folder. Several stores means several installs.

The Google account you connect is yours to choose and yours to secure. Whoever can reach that account — or the InfiniteSync folder in its Drive — can change what syncs to your store, so treat access to both the way you treat access to your Shopify admin.

If you are an agency installing for a client, connect a Google account the client controls rather than your own. When the relationship ends, their images leave with them, in a Drive they own.

4. Plans, billing, and trials

Plans are priced by catalog size — a product in Shopify counts as one product, no matter how many variants or images it carries. The live tiers are on the pricing page, and that page and this clause change together.

Billing runs through Shopify's billing system, on the payment method Shopify already has — we never hold your card. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; when it ends, Shopify begins charging unless you cancel or drop to the free plan first. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled through Shopify billing, case by case — write to us before you assume the answer is no.

5. Your content and your Drive

You own your images. We claim no license beyond what is needed to read, write, move, and sync them on your instruction, and that permission serves the sync alone — it ends when the sync no longer needs it.

The files live in your own Google Drive, under your own Google account, in the InfiniteSync folder. The sync account's access to that folder exists only while you share it, and you can remove it at any time in Drive's sharing dialog — no notice to us, no permission from us.

When the sync deletes a file, it moves it to the InfiniteSync - Deleted folder inside your own Drive, where you can inspect it and pull it back. We never permanently delete your files.

Nothing in these terms lets us keep, hold, or gate access to your files — not on non-payment, not on termination, not ever. No clause here survives to give us leverage over your own content.

6. Acceptable use

Three rules: no unlawful content, no using the service to infringe someone else's rights, and no attempts to break, overload, or circumvent it. That is the whole list.

7. Availability and support

We run the service with care, but what we promise is best effort, not an SLA. Sync depends on Google and Shopify APIs we do not control; when one of them has a bad day, so does the sync — and it catches up afterwards.

Support is at care@ignitedai.com. We usually reply within two business days, and it is read by the people who build the product.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — to the extent the law allows the disclaimer.

One boundary on that: nothing in this clause touches clause 5. Disclaiming warranties does not shrink your ownership of your content or your right to remove our access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — such as for fraud or willful misconduct — and if your jurisdiction does not allow one of the exclusions above, it does not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can leave whenever you like. Disconnecting Google in the app pauses sync, revokes the app's OAuth token, and keeps the folder share in place so reconnecting later is easy. Remove all access also removes the sync account's permission on the InfiniteSync folder — and the app verifies the removal took effect rather than assuming it. Uninstalling ends this agreement, and stored Google credentials are deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or end the service for a breach of clause 6, with notice where that is practicable.

And the question this clause is really asked: your images stay in your Drive afterwards. They were always there — termination changes what we can reach, not where your files live.

11. Changes to these terms

Changes are posted here, with the date at the top updated. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app before they apply. Previous versions are available on request.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InfiniteSync's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts there — except that if you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you that cannot be varied by contract.
